K-9 University Private Lessons
K9 University also offers Private Lessons. This program is designed for that person whose schedule does not allow for weekly classes, or simply for someone who needs to have specialized one-on-one training.
This type of specialized training is excellent to eliminate behavioral issues such as biting, chewing, socializing issues, charging, and to sharpen a host of specific obedience commands. We're able to focus on you and your dog 100% of the time, therefore we can achieve excellent results.

K9-U Boot Camp©
K9-U Boot Camp© is a program designed for those who want to have their dog trained for them ---period. This training program consists of a well structured training atmosphere, where the dog is professionally trained in our setting, our household, with one of our trainers. The dog becomes our pet for a period of time determined by the trainer, based on dog's present level, and the owner's wishes for its training.
This type of training can be utilized for Obedience, Personal Protection, Search or Tracking, and to eliminate behavioral issues like biting, chewing, chasing, attacking, charging, etc.
K9-U Boot Camp© varies anywhere from three days to several weeks depending on the needs. Please call for an appointment, or you may fill out the Training Sign-Up form so that we may give you our professional assessment of your needs and the rates associated with this specialized training. Once the dog is trained, specialized private lessons are given to the family members so that they may know how to handle the dog, and learn the proper commands to use.

K9-U Finishing School©
The University's Finishing School© is
designed to cover specialty areas such as preparing a dog for show, or to correct
nuisances such as licking, or pawing you, etc. We will
also train your dog for specialty work situations such as alerting when the
door bell
or phone goes off; opening doors, etc. This program takes a somewhat
well behaved dog and provides finishing touches for a demanding situation (ie.:
injured people at home).
