Remember the last time your furry friend was sick, and you did not know what to do next, besides making a phone call to the vet. What if your dog is requiring CPR or First Aid due to trauma? Would you know how to administer critically timed life-saving assistance?    This class is a MUST for every dog owner.

K9 University working with certified Dog CPR / First Aid Instructors, have structured a class on how to identify canine medical emergencies; what to do in the event of one; procedures to execute to ensure your pet receives the right help at a very critical time; response signs; home medicines; after care; and a host of other canine medical facts that will make you an informed trained pet owner. Remember that knowledge is power; and power keeps you calm.

Avoiding Dog Bites

Did you know that 50% of all kids will be bitten by a dog in their life time, and that 70% of all dog bites happen to children?

Most of these bites came from dogs owned by family or friends.   Are you alarmed?   You should be.

Most of these dog bites are avoidable if you and your child know how to behave around a dog.

K9 University sponsors and schedules ongoing classes on “Avoiding Dog Bites” for children between the ages of 6 and 12.  At least one parent should be in attendance.

Come back often for the next class schedule or fill out out our sign-up form to ensure your reservation in the next class.  You may also call us at 405-231-4335 to reserve.  This class is only offered by K9 University, and it's booked on a first-come first-serve basis.
